This is where the fisherman sits, down a little path for one. Secluded, insulated from responsibility, free to breath, disencumbered.
He spends his time at the waters edge, nestled amongst trees, protected on all sides save for the little path.
Alone, confined, and yet released. He feels the air moving, hears the leaves of autumn fall through the trees, contemplates the beauty of the opposite bank, watches the birds on the water, in the air.
He never baits his hook. No need.
